Return Policy

1. All the goods are inspected to ensure no problem before delivery, thus there should be no quality problems after shipping, and therefore we do not accept the returned goods. 

2. Returns can only be made when wrong goods are sent to buyer; all returned postage shall be borned by us.

3. Avoid to use hot water when washing, long soaking time, etc.,Advice to do manual wash.

4. All goods defects which are due to wrong handling or washing methods used shall not be categorized as quality defects.

5. Please notify us within 24 hours after the delivery time upon any valid return can be made.

6. Late informers will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

1. Buyers, who wish to apply for a refund, please provide your Bank account number and name of the bank to arrange a refund. 

2. Due to the inter bank transfer charges (other than Maybank), RM 2.00 will be deducted from the amount after the account information received, please allow three working days to arrange a refund.
